Madagascar opens a new chapter of his history and begins a new era with significant key such as “Emergence”, “local, inclusive and sustainable development” . Each citizen is invited to take part with pride to build this new Nation. They should be informed about the management of the public finance related to the Finance Act. So, citizens’ budget is an information tool which gives details about the use of their money to the public. This document becomes an awareness of everyone’s responsibility at all levels, and establish a healthier public life.
The Ordinance of the Initial Finance Act 2019 was drawn up at the end of the mandate of the outgoing President of the Republic. With the inauguration of the newly elected President, the Finance Act will have to reflect the new vision for the development of Madagascar and the new priorities of the State to reach emergence. It proves the preparation of the 2019 Amended Finance Act to meet the real needs of the population and the development strategies transcribed in the IEM.
