With a view to pursuing fiscal transparencyand accountability, a fifth edition of the Citizens Budget, related to InitialFinance Act 2017, is published by the Ministry of Finance and Budget with the support of UNICEF. Thisdocument represents in a simplified way the budgetary data of the IFA and takesinto account all observations and recommendations of readership with regard toprevious editions.
Each citizen is therefore strongly invited to disseminatethis document to all those around him so that these transparency efforts can helpto achieve a good result, which is to encourage the general public toparticipate in the budget process.
