The Ministry of Finance and Budget edit the sixth edition of the Citizens' Budget relating to the Amanded Finance Act 2017. In order to ensure macroeconomic stability and balance of the general budget, the government readjusted budget allocations in the Initial Finance Act 2017.

This sixth edition is conceived by taking into account citizens reactions in previous editions. Thus, in order for every citizen to become a development actor, the relay of all for a wide dissemination of this publication is strongly desired and strongly solicited.
